Machine structure

The rubber mill (three sets) consists of four main components: two crushing machines, supporting air ducts, cyclone separators, electric control cabinets, and water cooling mechanisms. The host is composed of a frame, a main motor, a continuously variable speed motor, a feeding mechanism, an adjusting mechanism, and a pair of flat (or conical) dynamic and fixed grinding discs. (It can also be composed of three hosts or four hosts according to customer needs).

The basic principle is to achieve the purpose of crushing by shearing and grinding the material through the relative motion of two grinding discs. Using air and water cooling to effectively control the crushing temperature and ensure the quality of the powdered material. The feeding mechanism adopts a continuously variable speed, which can adjust the corresponding feeding speed according to different materials, thus obtaining the most ideal output and quality. Through the cyclone collection mechanism, the finished powder is collected without any dust flying throughout the entire process.
