Product Introduction

The rubber granulator can be used with a blade plastic crusher, which can shear crush various waste rubber corner materials and plastic waste. After processing by this machine, the material has an irregular granular structure and is directly filtered out from the bottom after passing through a sieve. Compared with plastic crushers, this machine has the advantages of plastic crusher blades in terms of toughness and hardness, making it suitable for use without rolling edges. At the same time, it is equipped with multiple moving blades inside to concentrate the main driving force to achieve strong shearing effect.

Working principle

The rubber granulator is mainly composed of a main body, a feeding hopper, a rotor, a moving blade, and a fixed blade in terms of structure. During operation, power is input through a motor belt, which drives the main shaft to rotate. The moving blade fixed on the main shaft and the fixed blade fixed on the body form a shear cut during relative rotation. The material entering the main body is cut and crushed through the continuous cutting changes of the cut. The material that has been cut and crushed is filtered by the bottom screen of the equipment and discharged from the chassis to achieve material discharge. The equipment runs smoothly and has a high output.
