4、 Technical standards of the tested product
1. Safety requirements:
Structural part: No abnormal protrusions; No sharp edges or corners on the surface; Rotating components have protective covers.
2. Electrical part:
Anti electric shock protection function, with no exposed wires, etc; All electrical equipment meets the requirements of relevant national standards
Connect the equipment with the assembly line; Carry out assembly line operations; Data can be transmitted to the production line host, requiring high voltage protection

4. Main functions:
Once connected, the computer automatically tests.
Dynamically simulate the detection process and display real-time detection data.
The electrical strength testing time can be set.
The electrical strength, voltage, and turn to turn insulation power supply can be controlled and adjusted by computer.
Equipped with automatic temperature compensation function.
The threshold for judgment can be manually inputted and stored.
Each testing item is tested separately.
Computers record and store test data; Can be connected to the production line switchboard data; Scan the barcode and enter the product number.
5. Basic configuration
The detection cabinet adopts a combination cabinet with a workbench, with a surface sprayed with plastic. The cabinet is ventilated and rodent proof.
Protection during testing, insulation protection of the workbench to ensure the safety of testing personnel.
The three-phase wiring port of the workstation should be as short as possible to avoid affecting the motor resistance test results
5、 Installation and debugging

The user provides installation location, power supply, arranges procurement, and equipment management personnel cooperate
4. Debugging deadline:
The debugging period shall be calculated from the official start of debugging when Party B arrives at Party A's site, and the debugging period shall not exceed 3 working days. Cannot affect the progress and output plan of batch trial production.
