The 3051TG Rosemount pressure transmitter is one of the commonly used products in the Rosemount pressure transmitter that has been tested in the power industry for 40 years. 1、 Product Overview:
Rosemount's 3051TG pressure transmitter and 3051TA absolute pressure transmitter integrate sensors, electronic technology, and a single isolation diaphragm design, achieving calibration ranges for gauge and absolute pressure measurements from 0.3 to 10000 psi. Working principle of 3051T pressure transmitter: During operation, the isolation diaphragm and filling fluid on the high and low pressure sides transmit the process pressure to the filling fluid, which then transmits the pressure to the sensing diaphragm at the center of the sensor. The sensing diaphragm of the 3051 pressure transmitter is a tensioned elastic element whose displacement varies with the pressure applied (for the 3051GP pressure transmitter, atmospheric pressure acts as if applied to the low-pressure side of the sensing diaphragm). The 3051AP absolute pressure transmitter maintains a reference pressure on the low pressure side at all times. The maximum displacement of the sensing diaphragm is 0.004 inches (0.1 millimeters), and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. The position of the sensing membrane is detected by the capacitive plates on both sides. The difference in capacitance between the sensing membrane and the capacitor plate is converted into corresponding current, voltage, or digital HART (High Speed Addressable Remote Transmitter Data Highway) output signals.
