I. Overview
YY338 input rod type liquid level transmitter is a two-wire system, with 4-20mADC output, 24VDC DC power supply, and all parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel,(Special corrosive media can be made into PTFE material)Extremely convenient to use, widely used in process control and liquid level measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, water conservancy, power, food, medicine, environmental monitoring, etc.
2、 Working principle(Principle of Static Pressure Measurement
When the liquid level transmitter is inserted into a certain depth of the measured liquid, the pressure formula on the sensor facing the liquid level is: Ρ=ρ. g.H+Po, where:
P: Pressure exerted on the liquid level of the transmitter
ρ: Density of the tested liquid
g: Local gravity acceleration
Po: Atmospheric pressure on the liquid surface
H: Depth of liquid input into the transmitter
At the same time, the pressure at a certain depth of the liquid is introduced into the positive pressure chamber of the sensor, and then the atmospheric pressure Po on the liquid surface is connected to the negative pressure chamber of the sensor to offset the Po on the back of the sensor, so that the pressure measured by the sensor is: ρ. g. H. Obviously, by measuring the pressure P, the depth of the liquid level can be obtained.

5、 Debugging method
Unscrew the protective cover to see the zeroing and full range resistors. Connect an external standard power supply and ammeter (0.2 poles or more) to adjust them. The steps are as follows:
·In the absence of liquid in the transmitter, adjust the zero point resistor to output a current of 4mA,
·Add liquid to the transmitter to full range, adjust the full range resistor to output a current of 20mA,
·Repeat the above steps two or three times until the signal is normal.
·After adjustment, tighten the protective cover.
