Platinum thermistors are designed and manufactured based on the basic principle that the resistance value of platinum wire changes with temperature. They are divided into Pt10 and Pt100 according to the resistance value at 0 ℃. The resolution of Pt100 platinum thermistors is 10 times higher than that of Pt10 platinum thermistors. When measuring temperature in the temperature range below 650 ℃, Pt100 platinum thermistors should be selected as much as possible. Pt10 platinum thermistors are mainly used in the temperature range of 650 ℃ -850 ℃. In terms of structure, it can also be divided into industrial platinum resistance thermometers and armored platinum resistance thermometers. Industrial platinum resistance thermometers, also known as assembled platinum resistance thermometers, are made by welding platinum resistance thermometers with leads and assembling them in a metal or ceramic tube that is sealed at one end, and then installing a junction box; Armored platinum thermistor is a whole assembled with platinum thermistor elements, transition leads, and insulation powder in a stainless steel tube and then compacted by a mold. It has the advantages of being solid, earthquake resistant, winding, small wire diameter, and easy to use and install.
