Resistance strip is also known as electric furnace strip, electric heating strip, strip industrial furnace heater, formed resistance strip, well furnace resistance strip, special resistance strip, resistance strip heater, high-temperature resistance strip, etc. A resistance strip is formed by winding a strip of resistance alloy material.
Resistance tapes can be divided into nickel chromium resistance tapes, nickel chromium iron resistance tapes, and iron chromium aluminum resistance tapes according to their materials.
Resistance tape has high temperature resistance, fast heating, long service life, stable resistance, small power deviation, uniform pitch after stretching, and a bright and clean surface. It is widely used in large and small industrial furnaces, electric furnaces, resistance furnaces, electric ovens, trolley furnaces, well furnaces, hot air circulation ovens, electric heating tubes, and household appliances.
The specifications of the resistance strip can be designed and customized according to the furnace type and customer requirements for processing different specifications and different powers of non-standard shapes, such as corrugated electric heating belts, U-shaped electric heating belts, fan-shaped electric heating belts, etc. The maximum operating temperature of the electric heating alloy is 1400 ℃, and the material is iron chromium aluminum alloy strip 0Cr27A17Mo2.
