With the design intention of cost control and performance improvement, we have comprehensively optimized the mechanical structure, optical system, and software design of each part, ensuring the stability of control and high clarity of imaging.

Research Optical Contact AngleMore precise, stable, and diverse control systems

1. The core optical machinery adopts cross linear guide rail technology, and the design accuracy can reach 0.01mm manually. When controlled by software, the accuracy can fully reach 0.5um;

2. Provide mechanical structure design with up to 10 dimensions (2XYZ rotation and 3 horizontal adjustments) to coordinate and control the operation of the sample stage, camera, injection system, and droplet titration system.

1. The unique fixed focal length mechanical structure, combined with a precision adjustment frame, can more conveniently and accurately find the focal length and capture clear images.

2. The unique integrated rolling platform design allows the sample to rotate together with the lens, which is more conducive to maintaining the center point during the sample observation process. There is no laborious swinging of the whole machine, nor is it inconvenient to control the rotation of only some parts, which brings the possibility of more accurate analysis of the roll off angle for you. Meanwhile, through simple replacement, the lens can also be kept from rotating while the sample stage rotates.

1. Adjustable brightness LED cold light source technology provides the possibility for you to obtain clearer droplet contours, while also effectively avoiding the evaporation of small droplets caused by additional heat.

2. Using the original German 87 frames per second camera (standard WVGA format) to capture higher quality images. (Optional 130M, 300M, 500M resolution cameras)

3. High magnification, high depth of field industrial continuous magnifying lens, with an optical magnification of 0.35-4.5X.

4. Adopting the USB2.0 standard interface, it has faster speed and higher compatibility, and can connect laptops and newly designed desktop computers without the inconvenience and incompatibility of opening the computer case and inserting cards.
