Relative powder flow sensor flow monitor
Monitoring the flow ratio of multiple branch piping transmission lines
Measurement principle microwave method
Measurement frequency 24.15GHz
Reproduction accuracy ± 5%
Pipe diameter below 200mm
A flow monitor is a powder specific flow sensor that utilizes microwaves.
It is possible to monitor the mutual flow ratio of multiple pipes branching out from the main pipe, and by monitoring the total value of the branch pipes and the flow value of the main pipe, it is possible to confirm the balance of flow and control the flow rate. It can correspond to all measured powders, and there are no protrusions inside the piping, so there is no need to worry about blockage.
All applications such as combustion boilers or mixing/branching can be used.
