Instrument structure:
A refractometer is designed based on the principle that liquids of different concentrations have different refractive indices. It has the advantages of being fast, accurate, lightweight, and small in size.
measuring range:0-32%
Minimum scale:0.2%
Instrument accessories: one refractometer, one straw, one screwdriver, one piece of velvet cloth, one packaging box, one instruction manual, and one warranty card
Usage:
Open the cover plate(3) Carefully wipe the detection prism (2) with a soft cloth. Take a few drops of the solution to be tested and place them on the detection prism. Gently close the cover plate to avoid the formation of bubbles and allow the solution to spread over the surface of the prism. Insert the instrument into the lightboard(3) Aim at the light source or bright spot, observe the field of view through the eyepiece, and rotate the eyepiece adjustment handwheel (6) to make the blue white boundary of the field of view clear. The scale value of the boundary line is the concentration of the solution.
matters needing attention:
1. During use, it is necessary to be careful and cautious, strictly follow the instructions, and do not loosen the instrument at will. All connecting parts must not collide and violent vibrations are strictly prohibited.
2. After use, it is strictly prohibited to directly put it into water for cleaning. It should be wiped with a clean soft cloth, and the optical surface should not be damaged or scratched.
3. The instrument should be stored in a dry and non corrosive gas free place.
4. Avoid the loss of spare parts.
The instrument has been calibrated before leaving the factory and can be used directly
Subclass: Fruit Hardness Tester
The fruit hardness tester determines the maturity of fruits by measuring their hardness.FT-327 is the most widely used and widely recognized fruit hardness tester in the world, and has become the standard for research and quality control in the industry.
Usage Overview: ItalyFruit Test ™ The fruit hardness tester produced is a fast and convenient instrument for measuring fruit hardness, which is a widely recognized indicator for measuring fruit maturity. The fruit hardness tester is an indispensable tool for growers to determine the time of fruit picking and market launch. Suitable for measuring various fruits and vegetables Italian Fruit Test ™ The series hardness tester inserts a probe of a specific size into the fruit, measures the force required to insert the probe, and characterizes the picking time at the appropriate time by reading the force. In addition, this instrument can also be used to monitor the softening of fruits during storage. Generally, measurements are taken from the first few days before the fruit is about to ripen and continue until harvesting. The tester can be handheld or installed on the fruit hardness tester table for laboratory and field testing.
Applicable objects: Can be used for the determination of fruits such as apples, apricots, pears, peaches, plums, citrus fruits, melons, cherries, tomatoes, strawberries, mangoes, grapes, olives, etc.
Optional accessories: can be purchased separately for measuring small fruitsSmall diameter probe (available diameters are)Φ1mm,Φ1.5mm,Φ2mm,Φ2.5mm,Φ3mm), You can freely choose one or more of themFruit hardness tester (with the fruit hardness tester, the effect is better and the measurement is more accurate)
