2. Attention should be paid during installation to avoid damage to the machine due to collisions.

3. There should be sufficient space for use and maintenance between equipment and other devices installed adjacent to the centrifuge, and there should be a pedestrian walkway of no less than 1 meter around the centrifuge host. There needs to be a 2-meter installation, disassembly, and maintenance space above the centrifuge host. When installing and positioning the electrical control cabinet and hydraulic system, it is also necessary to reserve a certain amount of disassembly and maintenance space to prevent damage to the machine or maintenance in case of abnormal situations.

4. The electrical cabinet should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and non corrosive environment with good ventilation. The control panel should be installed next to the host for easy observation and operation.

5. The installation of the centrifuge must be horizontal, with the reference plane being the flat surface of the machine base platform. When pouring the foundation, follow the foundation drawing provided by our company. The basic weight is about three times the weight of the machine. In addition to the static load of the machine, the foundation also bears the dynamic load during machine operation (the dynamic load is about 0.5 times the weight of the machine).

6. Machines are generally installed as a complete unit and cannot be disassembled. If disassembly and maintenance are required, they must be inspected by technical personnel from the manufacturing plant. Only after passing the inspection can they be put into use.

7. Due to the slight vibration generated by the centrifuge during operation, the pipes (exhaust pipe, outlet pipe, etc.) connected to the centrifuge must use soft connections, and the connections should be sealed or insulated. A three-phase power supply should be used to prevent electric shock accidents.

8. The diameter of the external liquid outlet pipe shall not be smaller than the diameter of the centrifuge liquid outlet pipe, shall not be blocked, and shall be lower than the height of the liquid outlet to ensure smooth liquid discharge.
