The rectangular fillet compensator is a new type of flexible pipeline for power plant flue gas ducts developed based on the "CE" standard and general products, combined with the situation of power plants in China. It is mainly used for power plant flue gas ducts to absorb thermal displacement and reduce vibration. This product is an important component of the operation of large cross-sectional area flue gas quality conveying pipelines in power plants, metallurgy, cement, and petrochemical equipment systems.
The rectangular fillet compensator (CE waveform) is determined according to the nominal diameter specification of the rectangular pipeline. Due to the limitation of the rounded corners of the corrugated tube, the specifications for small diameters have been removed for both full height and half height. For specifications or wave numbers outside the series, please provide us with the parameters for separate ordering.

2、 Product Features:
1. The corners of this product form a rectangular cross-section with large circular arcs, reducing the stress level in the corner passing section and ensuring uniform deformation during online operation. This reduces the risk of regional high stress damage and prolongs the product's service life.
2. This product reduces the thrust of the piping system while maintaining overall stability and basic working stiffness, improves the thermal compensation capability of the product, and achieves a reduction in the investment cost of flexible components in pipeline construction.
3. Due to the adaptability of geometric shapes, this product can operate in a benign force system under external tensile stress, compressive stress, and alternating stress, avoiding local stress risk zones. When working in a flue gas atmosphere containing H2SO, CO, and H2, it shows a deterioration trend of stress corrosion cracking (SEE) and corrosion fatigue fracture (CFF), and increases the allowable number of thermal cycles of the product without affecting its service life.
4. When welding the corrugated pipe with this product, the weld seam can be kept away from the arc tangent point. When the length of one side of the rectangle is less than 2M, the weld seam can be reduced by one, and the misalignment of the weld seam can be reduced. The cross-sectional shape of the corrugated pipe and the length of the corrugated envelope at any position of the product have small errors, and the corrugated forming and bending forming are full and smooth. Meets the theoretical criteria for good maximum fatigue life of corrugated pipes.
5. This product is reinforced by welding circular steel plates at the corners, and the interface is made of channel steel structural components to enhance the structural rigidity of the product. The overall product lines are smooth and the appearance is bright.
