Working principle

The complete structure of Raymond mill is composed of a main engine, an analyzer, a pipeline device, a blower, a finished cyclone separator, a jaw crusher, a bucket elevator, an electromagnetic vibration feeder, an electric control motor, etc. The Raymond mill mainframe consists of a frame, an inlet volute, a shovel, a grinding roller, a grinding ring, a cover, and a motor.

When working, the material that needs to be crushed is fed into the machine from the feeding hopper on the side of the hood. It relies on the grinding roller device suspended on the main engine's plum blossom frame to revolve around the vertical axis while rotating on its own. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly against the grinding ring, causing the shovel to pick up the material and send it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The rolling and crushing of the grinding roller achieve the purpose of crushing the material.
