G:-20℃— 150℃ Z:-40℃— 150℃ D:-70℃— 150℃
Cooling rate: 15 ℃/minLinear no-load(Can be designed according to customer requirements)
Heating rate: 15 ℃/minLinear no-load(Can be designed according to customer requirements)
Humidity range: 20-98% R.H 30-98% R.H
Refrigeration system:
Refrigeration system and compressor: In order to ensure the cooling rate and minimum temperature requirements of the test chamber, this test chamber adopts a binary cascade air-cooled refrigeration system composed of an imported compressor.
The compressor adopts the fully enclosed "Taikang" brand compressor imported from France or the semi enclosed "Bizelle" brand compressor imported from Germany.
Cooling system:Air cooled or water-cooled cooling system.
Box structure:
1. The entire box adopts an integral structure.
2. The inner side of the box is made of 1.0mm imported SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer side is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate sprayed with plastic. The insulation material is ultra-fine glass insulation cotton.
3. The door seal adopts double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.
4. The observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow glass.
Product Usage
The linear rapid temperature change test chamber is suitable for testing various performance indicators of aerospace products, information electronic instruments, materials, electrical and electronic products, and various electronic components in high and low temperature or humid and hot environments.
Control system:
Control system: The TEMI880 temperature controller with a touch screen LCD display imported from South Korea, along with electrical components such as Schneider from France and Fuji from Japan, is used to form the electrical control system.
