The product is applied in industries such as cement, electricity, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, coal, food, mining, etc. Suitable for solid material silos. Especially suitable for high dust, high temperature and high humidity working conditions (optional blowing device, dust cover and waveguide). Notes:

The central axis of the transmitting antenna should be perpendicular to the surface of the tested material, and the distance between the well and the tank wall should be at least 30cm. The front end of the antenna horn should extend into the interior of the material tank to reduce the emission energy loss caused by the installation of connecting pipes and welding between equipment. Avoid installing in the center position of the slot, as this will enhance false echoes. Do not install it above the feeding port, mainly to prevent false echoes with amplitudes much larger than the effective echoes of the measured liquid level during feeding.

When measuring the liquid level of a container with smooth stirring, it is advisable to avoid the vortex area formed by the stirring of the stirrer as much as possible, in order to eliminate the attenuation of microwave signals caused by irregular liquid surface scattering as much as possible.

When the dielectric constant of the tank manufacturing material is less than 7, such as fiber-reinforced glass, polyethylene, polypropylene, or lead-free glass, and the wall thickness is moderate, it can be installed outside the tank. If the medium storage tank is a star shaped container, it should be installed using a waveguide or bypass pipe to eliminate the interference of multiple echoes caused by the shape of the container. Improve signal-to-noise ratio.

When measuring media with small dielectric constants (such as liquefied gas, gasoline, diesel, transformer oil, etc.), due to the relatively large attenuation of microwaves caused by these media, in order to improve the reflected energy and ensure measurement accuracy, waveguide installation should also be used.

When selecting, the specific situation of the tested material should be fully considered. Select the corresponding connecting flange according to the process pressure and temperature: determine the antenna size according to the range and dielectric constant of the medium, shaking or vortex, foam, etc. The larger the range is, the lower the dielectric constant is, the larger the antenna size should be; If the measurement environment is highly corrosive, a pole antenna measurement system coated with PTFE on the surface should be selected; When measuring at high temperatures (over 200 ℃) and high pressures, high temperature and high pressure types with antenna extension tubes should be selected; If the medium is prone to condensation, a pole antenna system with a shielding tube can be selected; For the tableware and hygiene industries, there are also hygiene products to choose from.
