Structure and working principle of the hanging pipe rain protection device
Working principle
This equipment uses a high-pressure water pump to spray a certain pressure and flow rate of test water onto the sample through a swing rod nozzle. The test device is rotated to change the swing amplitude and frequency of the swing rod, achieving the required environment for the test.
Equipment structure
- (1) The test box body is in the form of an integral structure, with the rainwater tank, high-pressure water pump, and rotating system of the test device located at the lower part of the box, and the control system located directly below the test box.
- (2) The test chamber is a single door and sealed with double-layer anti-aging silicone rubber.
- (3) There is an observation window on the box door.
- (4) The equipment is equipped with switch controlled lighting fixtures.
- (5) The waterproof rotary joint and frequency conversion system are installed on the right side of the test chamber.
Equipment material
