1. Rubber (plastic) and other additives are mixed or plasticized under sealed, pressurized, and temperature controlled conditions, resulting in high production efficiency, uniform material dispersion, excellent quality, pollution-free environment, and convenient material replacement, color change, and cleaning.
2. The mixing chamber, rotor, pressure weight and other components all adopt a jacket structure, which can be heated or cooled by introducing media, steam, thermal oil, water to meet the requirements of various rubber mixing (refining) processes, and the quality of processed materials is excellent and stable.
3. The spiral angle and working length of the rotor ribs are designed reasonably, which can achieve the best kneading effect for the material. The rotor peaks and end faces are made of wear-resistant hard alloy by welding, and the surfaces of the mixing chamber, rotor, and pressure weight in direct contact with the material are polished and plated with hard chromium, which is bright, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
4. Feed from the rear door (or from the side) of the rack, and flip the mixing chamber forward 140 ° to unload. This not only facilitates the connection of the production process up and down, but also facilitates observation and cleaning of the mixing chamber and rotor.
5. The junction between the upper opening of the mixing chamber and the suspended wall of the frame adopts an arc-shaped plate groove labyrinth sealing structure, which has a good sealing and dustproof effect.
