Description and Parameters

This production line integrates mixing, conveying, feeding, extrusion granulation, air delivery and hot cutting cooling, achieving automated continuous operation with high efficiency.

Compact structure, small footprint and space, can be installed flat.
The production process is subject to segmented closed-loop temperature control. The kneading machine, feeding machine, extruder, etc. have their own heating and cooling systems, and their temperatures are controlled according to process requirements.
The feeding mechanism adopts conical twin-screw extrusion granulation, with strong feeding capacity. Specially suitable for extruding and granulating block materials that are directly mixed by kneading machines or internal mixers.
The barrel screws are all made of38CrMoAlAHigh quality alloy steel, treated with nitriding, has high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The machine head adopts manual screen changing or fast non-stop automatic screen changing mechanism to improve production efficiency.
The electronic control system adopts advanced technologyPLCControl technology, combined with multiple dual frequency devices, enables high-precision and wide range stepless speed regulation of multiple machines such as feeding, extrusion, and cutting according to process requirements. And it has functions such as whole machine process interlocking, sound and light fault alarm control, etc., which are complete and reliable.
