Characteristics of Strong Pressure Mixing Machine
1. Rubber (plastic) and other additives are mixed or plasticized under sealed, pressurized, and temperature controlled conditions, resulting in high production efficiency, uniform material dispersion, excellent quality, pollution-free environment, and convenient material replacement, color change, and cleaning.
2. 3. The spiral angle and working length of the rotor ribs are designed reasonably, which can achieve the best kneading effect for the material. The rotor peaks and end faces are made of wear-resistant hard alloy by welding, and the surfaces of the mixing chamber, rotor, and pressure weight in direct contact with the material are polished and plated with hard chromium, which is bright, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
