In addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge tank. Therefore, the amount of sludge generated by the RC-AO series sewage treatment equipment is relatively small, and generally only needs to be discharged once every 90 days.
5. At this time, microorganisms are facultative microorganisms, which convert and decompose organic ammonia in sewage into NH3-N. At the same time, they use organic carbon as an electron donor to convert NO-2-N and NO-3-N into N2, and also use some organic carbon sources and NH3-N to synthesize new cellular substances. So the tank not only has a certain function of removing organic matter, reducing the organic load of subsequent aerobic tanks to facilitate nitrification, but also relies on the high concentration of organic matter in the raw water to complete denitrification and ultimately eliminate nitrogen eutrophication pollution. At level O, although the concentration of organic matter has significantly decreased, there is still a certain amount of organic matter and high NH3-N present. In order to further oxidize and decompose organic matter, and ensure smooth nitrification while carbonization is complete, an aerobic biological contact oxidation tank with low organic load is set up at level O. In the O-level pool, aerobic microorganisms and aerobic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) are mainly present. Aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O; Autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) use inorganic carbon produced by the decomposition of organic matter or CO2 in the air as a nutrient source to convert NH3-N in wastewater into N-2-ON, N-3-ON, and the effluent from O-grade tanks is returned to the * tank, providing electron acceptors for the * tank and ultimately eliminating nitrogen pollution through denitrification.
Equipment installation, debugging, and maintenance
1. Installation: This equipment consists of two sets of tanks, one set is a reinforced concrete structure tank body, and the other set is a steel structure tank body. The reinforced concrete pool body is buried underground, and the steel structure pool body can be buried below the floor or installed on the floor. The civil engineering condition drawings for two sets of pool foundations are provided by our company, and it is required that the excavation width around the perimeter should be at least 600mm larger than the equipment plan size.
2. According to the installation diagram, use a crane to lift the steel structure pool into place. The installation must be carried out under the guidance of our technical personnel, and the position and direction of the box cannot be placed incorrectly. 3. After installation, the equipment must be filled with water and tested for leaks at all pipeline interfaces before soil can be filled around and in the gaps of the equipment, and the ground should be leveled. Pay attention to the direction of the fan and water pump when wiring.
4. After the installation of the equipment, it is necessary to ensure that there is no water accumulation on the rainy ground, and no heavy objects should be placed above the steel structure pool. After completing the membrane coating of the packing material, the microorganisms in the biological tank are acclimated by gradually reducing the amount of aerator, so that the biological tank is in a state of hypoxia and the microorganisms on the packing material become facultative microorganisms. Then adaptively operate the microorganisms until they meet the design requirements.
6.
