At the same time, when arranging the pipeline, it is best to use the stagnant flow generated by the liquid level difference as the power source, which is the safest and most accurate for control and measurement.5、 Installation precautions and installation diagram1. Flow meter installation (see instructions for details): At least ensure that the front and rear straight pipes of the flow meter are 10D and 5D (D is the pipe diameter), and the longer the better. If there are pumps and regulating valves in front, try to increase the length of the front straight pipe as much as possible, stay away from them, and there should be no strong electric, strong magnetic, or variable frequency interference near the installation point. The installation point pipeline must be full pipe flow, and when the installation pipeline is vertically oriented, the fluid flow direction must be from bottom to top.2. Installation of solenoid valve: It should be installed behind the flowmeter and at a distance of at least 40D (D is the diameter of the pipeline) from the flowmeter to avoid vibration and electromagnetic field caused by the solenoid valve before and after operation, which may affect the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. In addition, the installation point of the solenoid valve should be as close as possible to the flow outlet.
3. Installation of controller: The standard configuration is non waterproof type, installed indoors. If installed outdoors, waterproof measures should be taken.
