The machine consists of an extrusion head and a whole ball device, which are installed on the same table, making the structure more compact and easy to operate. When making pills, a mixture containing raw materials, microcrystalline cellulose, wetting agents, and other auxiliary materials is loaded into the extrusion head hopper. After extruding the filament, it is poured into the ball forming device for rounding. During the rounding process, it can be ventilated and dried. By replacing the mesh head, spherical particles of different sizes can be produced.
