1. Impeller
The impeller is converted using advanced hydraulic models and has excellent, stable, and mature performance. Choosing a smaller nD value ensures good cavitation performance and smooth operation. The selected submersible pump model has been technically evaluated and its comprehensive technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar products.
2. Triple mechanical seal and double sealed chamber patented technology
Traditional submersible electric pumps only have one oil chamber between the impeller and the motor chamber, and a double sealed chamber is a double sealed chamber structure that adds an air buffer sealed chamber between the oil chamber and the impeller. There are two independent mechanical seals in the oil chamber, and there is also a mechanical seal at the impeller. There are a total of three sets of mechanical seals. When water enters the air buffer chamber through the seal behind the impeller, it settles at the lower part of the buffer chamber and cannot enter the oil chamber. This achieves complete isolation between water and the motor chamber, protecting the dry environment in the motor chamber and the working environment of the bearings in the oil chamber, greatly improving product reliability.
3. Anti lifting machine and anti reverse device
At the moment of unit start-up, the reverse torque of the starting torque of the submersible pump motor often causes the entire unit to rotate in the opposite direction. For low-pressure submersible pumps, anti reverse devices can solve this problem. For larger submersible pumps, due to the high force, normal start-up often allows the unit to be lifted. Design a fully sealed anti lift and anti reverse device, and completely isolate the cable from water, so that even if the rubber ages after long-term use, it will not leak. It is also equipped with a leakage and accumulation removal device to keep the fully sealed device dry.
4. Bearing
The bearing adopts rolling bearings, which can withstand all axial and radial loads and are completely separated from the medium conveyed by the pump. When designing the bearing structure of large submersible electric pumps, short cylindrical roller bearings are adopted to not bear radial forces, and the axial force of submersible electric pumps is borne by thrust bearings. Ball bearings are used to prevent axial movement, and bearing temperature measuring elements are installed to ensure the stable and safe operation of the electric pump.
5. Motor
High performance squirrel cage induction motor, specially designed and manufactured for submersible pumps, in compliance with GB755 standard. The power level of the electric motor complies with IEC standards, the enclosure protection level is IP68, the rated voltage can be manufactured according to 380V, 660V, 3KV, 6KV, 10KV, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the working system is SI, the insulation level is F, and the VPI vacuum pressure impregnation process is adopted, which has good mechanical performance and reliable waterproof performance.
6. Cooling
The submersible electric pump operates underwater, and its motor casing directly transfers heat to the surrounding medium, which is carried away by the surrounding water flow. The high-power high-voltage electric pump motor adopts internal air duct heat dissipation technology, which reduces the temperature rise of the three-phase winding and evenly distributes the temperature field.
7. Monitoring device
The submersible pump is equipped with multiple protective devices that can lead the leads to the electrical control box. The protective devices include overload, phase loss, leakage, over temperature, temperature, immersion protection, etc. (depending on the structure of the pump).
