In addition to retaining the traditional structural advantages of QY products, all components are made of stainless steel structure, and the motor adopts an oil filled structure, which is conducive to the cooling and lubrication of the motor and seal. The pump outlet adopts a flange structure, which is very easy to install and maintain. The motor has F-class insulation, which can meet the requirements of frequent motor start-up for music fountains. The product complies with the JB/T8092-1996 standard.

3、 Service conditions for stainless steel submersible pumps
1. When the rated head of the electric pump is less than 10m, it is allowed to dive underwater to a depth not exceeding 10m;
2. When the rated head of the electric pump is greater than 10m, it is allowed to submerge to a depth of no more than 40m underwater;
3. The medium water temperature shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius;
4. The sand content or volume ratio of insoluble solid particles in water shall not exceed 0.1;
5. Particle size not exceeding 0.2mm;
6. Generally, clean water at room temperature, such as well water, river water, or slightly corrosive liquids.
7. Special materials can be customized. Such as 316, 316L, hard alloy, etc;
8. Stainless steel itself has high temperature resistance;
9. The usage range of 304 is good between pH 4-10. If it exceeds this medium, it is recommended to use 316 or 316L.
