1、 Product Usage:
The QXC-30 fully automatic colony counter is used as a fast counter for bacterial counting in culture dishes, replacing manual counting. This instrument is suitable for colony culture counting and is a commonly used laboratory instrument.
2、 Product principle:
Obtain grayscale images by taking photos of the culture dish, and then process and analyze the grayscale images to determine the number of bacterial colonies. After obtaining the grayscale image, the image is sharpened and filtered, and then color blocks are obtained for counting to obtain the total number of bacterial colonies in the culture dish, and the image and count values are saved.
3、 Technical parameters:
Measurement range: 0-999 cfu/ml
Culture dish diameter: 90mm (it is recommended to use a 90mm culture dish directly, and other smaller culture dishes should be placed in the center of the aperture as much as possible during counting)
Measurement accuracy: diameter>0.3mm
Error rate:< ±10%
4、 Product features:
1. Microcomputer and touch keyboard are easy to use.
2. It is easier to operate without relying on a computer.
3. The use of cameras to count culture dishes has replaced traditional counting methods, making it more efficient and convenient.
3. This instrument adopts a 300000 pixel camera, which optimizes the image through sharpening, filtering and other methods. At the same time, it can customize the counting range size and freely change the counting threshold.
4. USB interface, with the function of viewing images. Images are saved in internal storage during counting, and can be viewed by simply connecting to a computer.
5. It has calendar function, time display, and the clock will not be lost in case of power failure.
6. Measurement data saving function, capable of saving 999 measurement data, and can read the values corresponding to the stored images and the storage time.
7. The menu is entirely in Chinese and easy to operate.
8. We provide several commonly used parameters for parameter selection, and can also customize parameters by selecting parameters that are suitable for different culture dish conditions.
