Product Usage:
This product is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, cement, steelmaking, power generation, coal processing, as well as urban sewage treatment plant water supply and drainage systems, municipal engineering, construction sites, etc. It can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media.
Product usage conditions:
1. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, and a three-phase AC power supply with a frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz can also be used, such as 200-60V, 3KV, 6KV, 10KV, etc;
2. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40 ℃, the depth shall not exceed 20m, the pH value shall be 4-10, the density shall be less than 1150kg/m3, and the solid volume ratio shall be within 5%.
Product Structure Features:
1. The advanced Ansys CFX software was used to optimize the hydraulic components, improving the hydraulic performance of the pump and achieving advanced pump efficiency.
2. Advanced Ansys software was used for scientific calculation and analysis of the pump structure, which improved the service life of bearings and mechanical seals, and reduced the vibration and noise of the pump.
3. For pumps with high fiber content in the pumping medium, a cutting and tearing device is installed at the inlet to ensure that the pump is not blocked or jammed during operation in media containing fibers and solid particles, causing rapid vibration.
4. The cable outlet adopts a special structure, which eliminates accidental factors such as water leakage, electric leakage, short circuit, and stator coil burnout caused by human pulling, cable jacket breakage, cable aging, etc., effectively reducing the probability of water ingress in the upper part of the whole machine.
5. Considering the possible situations that may occur during the start-up and operation of the pump, multiple warning sensors are built-in, including leakage in the wiring room, motor chamber, and oil chamber, as well as temperature rise in the upper and lower bearings and motor coils. There are protections such as phase loss, short circuit, overcurrent, and water level control in the external control cabinet.
6. The product adopts a patented structure and uses three sets of mechanical seals inside the pump, which increases the accumulation of trace water from normal leakage in the buffer chamber and lower shaft seal. Under the multiple protections of three high-quality mechanical seals and the large capacity aggregation effect of the buffer chamber, the reliability of the seal is increased, ensuring the reliable operation of the product.
7. Submersible pumps of 22kW and above are equipped with a self circulating cooling system to ensure that the motor can still operate when exposed to the water surface.
8. The secondary impeller structure is used to balance the external pressure of the mechanical seal, prevent water from entering the oil chamber, and thus extend the service life of the electric pump.
