1. Purpose

The QTS series environmental data recorder is a new type of environmental detection instrument launched by our company according to market demand. It has a large screen LCD display, a portable waterproof and shockproof structure design, and can be used in the field 24/7. It has high detection accuracy, low power consumption, environmental protection and energy-saving design, friendly human-machine interface, and does not require manual intervention during operation. It shares AC and DC power supply and can be connected to corresponding sensors for real-time data collection. It can also output data and generate reports using computer management software. This instrument is widely used in fields such as environmental protection, meteorology, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, construction, scientific research, and teaching.

2、 Product features and technical indicators

1. The product structure is designed for field work and has the ability to resist wind, rain, corrosion, and strong magnetic interference, making it suitable for year-round use in the field.

2. Adopting an integrated structure, the data collector, sensor, and portable suitcase are combined into one chassis, making it extremely convenient to carry in the wild.

3. The outer chassis is molded with plastic grease material molds, which are beautiful, sturdy, and easy to install. It can be hung anywhere for testing.

4. The system adopts a low-power design, and after one charge, the internal battery can work continuously for more than 15 days.

5. Adopting high-performance microprocessor as the main control CPU, large capacity data storage, capable of continuous data storage (storage time can be set), industrial control standard design, portable waterproof and shockproof structure, large screen LCD display, suitable for use in harsh weather environments. It can be used in conjunction with a computer or independently monitored by disconnecting the microcomputer.

Data management software: runs in environments above WINDOWS98, displays real-time data from various sources, automatically stores detection data (storage time can be set), connects to a printer to automatically print data, and stores data in EXCEL standard format, which can be called by other software.

14. Expanding unlimited data storage function: The system can be equipped with FS-1 type USB data storage, which combines mobile storage and data communication conversion technology. By connecting with the instrument communication port, continuous storage of monitoring data can be completed. Due to the large storage capacity of USB (1G), it has unlimited storage capacity, real-time and reliable data, and data will never be lost after power failure.

15. The data networking function is convenient and fast: it provides two methods of wired transmission and wireless transmission.

A. Wired transmission method: Connect to the monitoring center PC via a standard RS232/RS485/USB communication interface.

B. Wireless transmission method: Wireless networks can be divided into three wireless transmission methods based on communication distance: short distance wireless transmission, medium distance wireless transmission, and long-distance wireless transmission. Generally, GPRS or GSM transmission methods are used, which are mainly suitable for data transmission and reception between different cities.
