1、 Product Overview
QT240N/G is a high-performance 32-bit MPU embedded computer based on the Reduced Instruction Set (RISC) architecture. This CPU is a system level single-chip with ARM9 as the core, supporting frequencies up to 300MHz. The system provides RS485/RS232 communication, wired network communication, and full network 4G communication. It has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption, and high efficiency, and is suitable for power concentrators, communication management, industrial control, gateways, and other occasions.

2. Software Features
2.1 System Characteristics
QT240N/G comes pre installed with a Linux operating system based on NUC970, version 3.10. x. It meets POSIX standards or UNIX like platform applications. For system specific hardware devices, the kernel provides a simple and easy-to-use driver interface that can accelerate user application development.
The software system of QT240N/G system is divided into three parts, namely Bootloader, Linux kernel, and rootfs. Bootloader is an open source project that complies with GPL terms. UBoot mainly boots the kernel and supports NFS mounting and NAND Flash boot; The Linux kernel is the bottom layer of the entire operating system, responsible for driving the entire hardware and providing various core functions required by the system; Rootfs is a method and data structure used to clarify files on a disk or partition, that is, a method of organizing files on a disk.

4、 Frequently Asked Questions
1. Forgot the IP address that has been set:
You can use the RST button to restore the factory default IP address
2. The project cannot be downloaded:
A. First, check if there are any other folders in the project folder. If so, remove them and try again;
B. Next, check if the computer's IP is set in the same network segment as the device.
3. After successful download, the main program or driver cannot run:
A. Select the correct device model and try checking the option to update the main program;
B. Next, check if the driver version is correct.
4. Unable to connect to the internet after using a normal SIM card:
Firstly, ensure that the card is loaded in a power-off state;
Return the card and lay it flat again;
5. After running for a few minutes, the wireless connected device drops:
Firstly, check if the SIM card can access the external network. If it is a dedicated network card, please contact us;
If you can access the external network, please contact the SIM card supplier to obtain the APN and reset it. Go to QTOUCH ->Real time Database ->Set APN.
After running for a long time, the wireless connected device drops:
First, confirm if the SIM card data has been used up.
