1、 Purpose:
　　This machine is widely used for cutting various types of plastic films, paper, glass paper, aluminum foil and other roll shaped materials. This machine has excellent performance such as photoelectric tracking, automatic correction, tension control, winding counting, and meter stopping. The whole machine adopts computer control, automatic cutting, reasonable structure, complete functions, easy operation, stable and reliable operation.

2、 Performance characteristics:
1.Vertical structure, with material receiving and discharging on the same side, making operation convenient.
2.The cast iron structure of the chassis and wall panels ensures stability during high-speed operation.
3.The unwinding adopts a common shaft and a conical sleeve for fixing, to adapt to the deformation of the paper core substrate.
4.Install an automatic photoelectric correction system at the unwinding area.
5.The upper and lower double winding structures both use inflatable shafts and are equipped with pressure rollers.
6.The tension of winding and unwinding is independently controlled by their respective magnetic powders.
7.The waste edge guide pipe and high-power fan blow out the waste edge from the right side of the machine.
8.Independent electrical control cabinet, computer integrated control, winding counting, meter counting shutdown.
9.All aluminum guide rollers of the whole machine are made of Taiwan made high hardening aluminum guide rollers and have undergone dynamic and static balance treatment.
