1、 Purpose:

1.The chassis and wall panels are both made of cast iron structure, and the weight of the body is large,Ensure stability during high-speed operation.

2.The unwinding adopts a common shaft and a conical sleeve for fixing, to adapt to the deformation of the paper core substrate.

3.Install an automatic photoelectric correction system at the unwinding area.

4.The feeding is controlled by magnetic powder braking, and the feeding tension is controlled by magnetic powder clutch.

5.The material is collected in a double winding structure with upper and lower ends, both using inflatable shafts and equipped with pressure rollers.

6.Using two cutting methods: flat knife and round knife

7.Automatic waste discharge, using a high-power fan to blow out the waste edge from the right side of the machine through a guide pipe.
