The QDLF vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump is designed based on the advantages of our company's ISG type vertical centrifugal pump and DL type vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump. The structure adopts a vertical and segmented form, with the suction and discharge ports of the pump designed in a straight line below, and adopts the best hydraulic model. The axial force of the pump is solved by hydraulic balance method, and the residual axial force is borne by a ball bearing, thus ensuring smooth operation, low noise, small footprint, and convenient decoration. The outer cylinder of the vertical stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pump is made of stainless steel, which has a beautiful appearance and is particularly suitable for parallel use of multiple pumps in high-rise buildings to reduce the power of a single pump unit and simplify electrical control equipment. Installation of QDLF series stainless steel vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump:
1. Lightweight centrifugal pumps should be installed vertically on the ground,. Ensure sufficient cold air enters the motor cooling fan during installation. The bottom arrow of the pump indicates the direction of flow through the pump.
2. To minimize the possible noise generated by the pump, anti vibration fasteners are installed on both sides of the pump and between the foundation and the pump body. The docking flange, gasket, bolt, and PJE joint are provided as accessories and must be ordered separately. If necessary, when cleaning, repairing, or replacing the pump, isolation valves should be installed on both sides of the pump to prevent system drainage. The installation pipeline of multi-stage centrifugal pumps should avoid air blockage, especially on the suction side of the pump. The pipe should be installed in such a way that any stretching caused by temperature changes will not affect the pump. If the pump is installed on a long pipe, it should be properly supported both in front and behind as shown.
3. If there is a risk of blockage by stones, leaves, small support bars, etc. in multi-stage centrifugal pumps, measures should be taken to prevent such incidents from happening. Install a filter screen on the straw area.
4. In some installation situations, if the drainage pipe is already installed horizontally or tilted downwards by the pump, the water inside the pump will or will inevitably flow out at intervals, and the pump should be protected from causing the impeller to idle. Installing a faulty pipe with a vacuum valve near the pump can avoid this situation. The highest point of the ring pipe should be at least level with the connecting plate of the pump's motor. This way, the drainage pipe can independently drain water from the pump, and vice versa.
5. When the drain valve is closed, the pump is prohibited from running because it can cause an increase in temperature/vapor formation inside the pump, leading to pump damage. If there is any danger to the operation of the pump when the drainage room is closed, connect a bypass or drain pipe to the outlet to ensure that the smallest amount of liquid flows through the pump. A drain pipe, for example, can be connected to a water tank.
6. QDL and QDLF lightweight centrifugal pumps are the most suitable for small quantities.
