PuriFanACFFU is a self-contained fan filtration unit suitable for turbulent and laminar flow cleanrooms. It has high flexibility and is suitable for various ceiling joists and ceiling systems. Unique design, low noise, low energy consumption, high overall efficiency, all components are made of low chemical gas dispersion materials to meet some special industry requirements.

PuriFan AC FFU can be equipped with a manual five speed speed controller or the latest AIX-I computer-based intelligent group control controller for flexible operation.

Inlet primary filter, outlet diffuser plate, differential pressure gauge, pressure online monitoring, Particle online monitoring DOP test hole, air inlet connection, indicator light, online monitoring of wind speed, temperature and humidity.
Special structural design
The professionally designed casing has a stable structure and high strength, avoiding leakage and eliminating resonance when a large number of FFUs are operating simultaneously. The box is made of stainless steel material and can use disinfectants, making it very suitable for disinfection equipment. Aluminum zinc coated steel plate or aluminum box can be selected. An additional primary filter can be added.
Higher total static pressure can be achieved at maximum airflow
By using a low resistance puriCel II high-efficiency filter and combining it with the high total static pressure of the fan, it can increase the external static pressure by 50-150pa under rated airflow

The controller adopts physical transformer speed regulation. Instead of using thyristor voltage regulation.
The total distortion rate of current harmonics during controller operation is around 8%, which is similar to that of a DC fan. The traditional thyristor voltage regulation controller generates a large amount of current harmonics during operation. Usually between 30% and 60% THD. In the case of extensive use, it will cause great harm to the user's power grid.
The new controller eliminates harmonic problems and will not cause harm to the power grid when applied on a large scale.
This controller is suitable for all AC fans with a power not exceeding 200M.
Can be applied in new FFUs or renovation projects.
