● Process description:
The pure water treatment equipment adopts imported reverse osmosis desalination technology. Reverse osmosis is an advanced and mature membrane separation technology developed in the 1990s and has been widely used in various industries;
Reverse osmosis is a reverse migration movement of osmosis, which is a separation method that uses the selective retention effect of a semi permeable membrane under pressure to separate solutes and solvents in a solution. Its pore size is approximately 5-10A. It has been widely used in the purification and concentration of various liquids, and a common application example is in water treatment processes. Reverse osmosis technology can remove impurities such as inorganic ions, bacteria, viruses, organic matter, and colloids in raw water to obtain high-quality purified water. The roll polyamide composite membrane is currently widely used, and its water flux and removal rate are affected by pressure, temperature, recovery rate, influent salt content, and pH value.

● Main purpose:
Desalination of brackish water and seawater;
Purified water for food factories, dairy products, fruit juice, and food additives;
Pure water for blending of Baijiu production, water for saccharification and feeding of beer, and filtration of pure draft beer;
High quality direct drinking water for hotels, buildings, and communities；
Producing purified drinking water, natural water, mineral water, distilled water, and mineralized water for the beverage industry;

Selection instructions:
This configuration is designed under the premise that the conductivity of the raw water is ≤ 800 μ S/CM and the hardness is less than 350Mg/l. If the conductivity and hardness of the raw water are too high, secondary reverse osmosis should be selected to ensure the effluent of the equipment.
