2、 The main structural components of microwave sintering are:
1. The furnace shell is welded from stainless steel plates, and the furnace chamber is made of corundum or lined with plates.
2. Aluminum oxide, aluminum silicate fiber, high-quality ceramic fiber and other insulation materials are laid between the furnace shell and lining.
3. When closed, the door latch can make the furnace door tightly adhere to the furnace mouth. There is a chain switch installed under the furnace mouth. When the furnace door is opened, it can automatically cut off the microwave power supply. The thermocouple used for measurement is inserted through the thermocouple hole opened on the furnace top and fixed by a fixed seat.
