Cobalt hydroxide is a rose red rhombohedral crystal or powder, insoluble in water but soluble in acid and ammonium salt solutions.
Although cobalt hydroxide is more stable than ferrous hydroxide, it can also be slowly oxidized into brownish black CoO (OH) in air. Used as a coloring agent for glass and enamel, a raw material for producing other cobalt compounds, and a drying agent for varnish and coatings. The microwave cobalt hydroxide drying equipment utilizes a special heating method of microwaves to simultaneously raise the temperature inside and outside the material during drying, resulting in fast drying speed. The device is easy to operate, with adjustable microwave power, automatic temperature control, and infinitely adjustable transmission speed through variable frequency conversion.
