1. Fast temperature and good quality: Tea leaves are directly affected by microwave energy and generate heat on their own, usually taking about 3-5 minutes to complete. The tea leaves made by microwave withering have a clear and mellow aroma, ensuring the natural extension of buds and leaves, a greener color, a pleasant aroma, and a significant improvement in tea quality.
2. Uniform temperature and good steam permeability: During the withering process, the cylinder continuously rotates, causing the tea leaves to be constantly flipped and lifted while being heated by microwave. The heating is uniform and the steam permeability is good, avoiding the disadvantages of overlapping leaves and inability to immediately discharge the evaporated water from the tea leaves during withering with conveyor belt microwave equipment, resulting in poor steam permeability and uneven withering.
3. High degree of automation and simple operation: The equipment is equipped with image monitoring and time control. Just set the shooting time, and the equipment will automatically stop working after the shooting is completed.
