1 summary:
This series of rain test chambers has the characteristics of large testing space and simulated environment, providing shell protection level IPX9K waterproof and moisture-proof environmental testing conditions for products or components in various industries.

III Box structure:
1. The overall test box is not sprayed and is made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel material. The upper part of the test box consists of the laboratory and control panel, while the lower part is equipped with a water pump (imported from Germany) and solenoid valve (imported from Germany), a water tank (made of SUS304 stainless steel material), an electric motor, and a reduction transmission mechanism.
2. The door of the box is made of organic glass and embedded, with good sealing performance. A wiper is installed on the door for easy observation of the test situation.
3. Heating water tank: The maximum water storage capacity is 150L. Inside the water tank, there are three sensors that sense the water level in the upper, middle, and lower parts. Three heating tubes are fixed at the bottom of the water tank, and the heating method is electric heating (15KW). At the same time, protective measures are taken on the heating box to prevent overflow. As shown in the figure:

All other parts of the studio that come into contact with water are made of stainless steel material, and the testing area is made with an inner wall with an inner liner, which will not cause rusting. The support of the test piece is required to be designed as a circular stainless steel disk with a diameter of 150 and a thickness of 10mm. The internal style is shown in the picture:
5. Add a water purification device with filtering function at the rear of the equipment, in front of the inlet of the heating box.
4、 Control system
1. All control settings require a touch screen to be used.
2. Timer control: Equipped with a digital timer, the test time can be adjusted freely within the range.
3. Speed control: Using a frequency converter, the speed is stable and the control accuracy is high.
4. Flow and pressure control: Manual valves are used to control flow and pressure, turbine flow meters indicate flow, and spring pressure gauges indicate pressure.
