  • Spectral scanning (wavelength scanning): Within the effective wavelength range, scanning intervals of 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2, and 5nm can be set to scan the absorbance A, transmittance, or energy of the sample, and data processing can be performed on the spectrum, such as spectrum scaling, smoothing, arithmetic operations, coordinate adjustment, peak/valley automatic detection, first to fourth derivative spectra, three-dimensional spectra, etc. It can print records as standard reports, export data as Excel files for users to edit, and export spectra as BMP image files.
  • Time scan (dynamic testing):Perform a time scan on the absorbance A or transmittance T of the sample at a specific wavelength, with sampling intervals of 1.0, 2.0, 5.0, 30, and 60 seconds to choose from. Save an additional 10000 data measurements. It can print records as standard reports, export data as Excel files for users to edit, and export graphs as BMP image files.
  • Quantitative measurement:It can perform first-order zero crossing, first-order linear, second-order fitting, third-order fitting standard curves and parameter calibration tests. It can establish standard curves for up to 20 standard sample points, and can choose to measure at single wavelength, dual wavelength or triple wavelength. The data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit.
  • Multi wavelength measurement:The sample transmittance T and absorbance A can be tested under multiple wavelength conditions. Up to 8 wavelength points can be set, and the records can be printed as standard reports. The data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit.
  • DNA/protein analysis:Quickly measure the absorbance of DNA samples at specific wavelengths, and automatically calculate the concentration of deoxyribonucleic acid/protein and DNARatio. There are two built-in standard testing methods, which can also be extended to other wavelengths and factors for measurement and calculation. Records can be printed as standard reports, and data can be exported as Excel files for users to edit.
