This series of high-temperature testing machines is mainly used for testing the heat resistance performance of materials and high-temperature tempering treatment of products.
working principle:
Indoor space heating, the test chamber is equipped with an air chamber, a circulating air duct, a heating device, and a circulating fan. The top is equipped with an air guide plate and a diffuser; The temperature controller sends commands based on the set temperature and the transmission signal of the temperature sensor inside the test chamber. It controls the output of the heater through calculus time and SSR control module. The circulating air is evenly blown out from the top through the test space and then recovered from the bottom to form a closed-loop control mode, thereby achieving long-term stable operation.
