1、 Product Introduction
The LD-RC3000 series is a color process recording control instrument platform that uses a 32-bit high-end processor based on ARM core to achieve high-speed information acquisition and processing, status display, process control, and a 128M large capacity flash memory chip for ultra long time data storage. The process recording control instrument can input signals such as standard current, standard voltage, thermocouple, thermal resistance, etc. The process recording control instrument has functions such as sensor isolation and distribution, relay output, temperature and voltage compensation, historical data transfer and remote communication.
2、 Functional Features
1. 5.6-inch 320X234 dot matrix TFT true color graphic LCD display screen, CCFL backlight, clear image, vibrant colors, wide viewing angle;
2. Adopting ARM based high-speed and high-performance microprocessors, it can simultaneously detect, record, display, and alarm 8 signals;
3. Using large capacity FLASH flash memory chips to store historical data, storing data for abnormal times, and not losing data in case of power failure;
4. Fully isolated universal input, capable of inputting multiple signals;
5. Multiple control methods (binary, PID, thyristor, etc.), no need to replace hardware, can be configured through instruments;
6. The displayed numerical range of the engineering quantity is wide, and the cumulative value can reach 4294967295;
7. Chinese menu configuration, display channel number, engineering unit, flow accumulation, temperature and pressure compensation, software password lock to protect user configuration security;
8. Alarm display, indicating the lower and lower limits, lower and upper limits, and upper and upper limits of each channel alarm simultaneously;
9. High display accuracy: The basic error for displaying numbers, curves, and bar charts is 0.5% FS;
10. Data transfer, using USB interface storage to backup or transfer historical data;
11. Standard serial communication interface: RS485 or RS232;
12. Can be connected to an external micro printer to meet the on-site printing needs of users;
13. Metal casing, allowing for use in harsh environments.
