The pressure transmitter uses imported pressure chips, and the sensitive components are formed by diffusion or ion implantation processes to form resistors and connected into a Wheatstone bridge. The pressure sensitive diaphragm is formed under the bridge using micro machining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure is generated. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, which produces an output of a DC voltage signal. After secondary conversion of the circuit, a two-wire system is achieved4-20mA output.
