The PrepM-01 series disc vibration grinder is a grinding and crushing equipment developed by Ruishenbao Analysis Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., mainly used for laboratory XRF spectral analysis samples and other chemical analysis. This equipment can quickly and accurately grind samples of a certain particle size without loss, and is widely used for grinding samples of various materials such as hard, brittle, and dry fibers. After grinding, the sample particle size is uniform, which can well meet the requirements of XRF analysis for sample particle size and uniformity. This series of grinding machines has multiple models to choose from, including single speed, dual speed, and variable frequency continuous speed control.
This grinding machine works by utilizing pressure, impact force, and friction force. The grinding kit is fixed on the vibrating chassis through a quick locking device. The vibrating chassis is designed with an eccentric rotating mechanism, and the vibrating chassis and grinding kit move in a circular vibration motion on the horizontal plane. The grinding piece located in the grinding box generates considerable pressure, impact, and friction through this vibration motion, which acts on the sample material, thereby achieving fine grinding of the sample within 1 to 3 minutes. The grinding machine adopts excellent noise reduction measures internally, with minimal noise during operation. At the same time, the grinding box adopts a sealed design to seal and grind samples inside the box, achieving non-destructive and dust-free grinding and sample preparation. The control panel only has two main components: start-up and time setting (dual speed and variable frequency speed control models also have a speed control panel), making operation extremely simple and convenient. Setting the parameters allows for one click start-up to quickly achieve fine grinding of samples. In addition, the equipment is designed with multiple measures such as a quick clamping device for the grinding box component, a pneumatic active support protective door for the grinding chamber, and a safety threshold switch for the grinding chamber to ensure stable and long-term use safety of the equipment.

The eccentric vibration mechanism, with the swinging block as the vibration source, brings strong grinding force to the grinding system. When used in conjunction with the grinding component, it can complete the crushing and grinding of the sample within 1-3 minutes.
The spring suspension system, with vertical support and 8 directional side pull and eccentric mechanism, produces a perfect horizontal circular vibration trajectory.
The quick clamping mechanism of the grinding component is designed based on the mechanical clamping 6-point positioning principle, with firm clamping to avoid the inner ring and outer box of the grinding body rotating in the same direction, thus improving the grinding efficiency.
Pneumatic support safety protection door, door closing limit switch ensures that the equipment cannot start grinding if it is not closed or not closed properly.
Sound insulation and noise reduction design, decorated with sound insulation and noise reduction materials inside the grinding room, isolates the noise generated during the grinding process inside the equipment, achieving ultra quiet operation.
Tungsten carbide grinding component, efficient and durable, with a hard alloy grinding body lining the outer box to reduce load and improve grinding efficiency.
Chromium steel grinding components are made of domestically produced high chromium steel, which has characteristics such as high hardness and wear resistance.
Optional customization of other material grinding components to meet the special requirements of different users for material grinding.
