●Product Features:
1. There are two types of models: single-stage and two-stage. The standard is two-stage, with a roller diameter of ¢ 20mm (25 leveling rollers arranged in a top 3/bottom 3+top 9/bottom 10), and a leveling material thickness of 0.1-0.6mm. It is mainly used for pre stamping leveling of mobile phone accessories, computer accessories, and digital product accessories.
2. By setting up two sets of leveling components in a leveling mechanism, multiple intermittent leveling of materials can be achieved, and the number of actively adjustable upper leveling rollers in each set of leveling components gradually increases, with coarse leveling for large spacing and fine leveling for small spacing, thus meeting the requirements of high-precision leveling.
3. Using universal joint synchronous vertical transmission instead of gear meshing transmission results in better leveling effect.
4. The drum adjustment adopts a pioneering scratch type adjustment method instead of the traditional dial gauge type adjustment method, which does not require additional calibration, makes debugging easier, more accurate, and has a longer service life.
5. Both the inlet and outlet are equipped with inlet and outlet wheel components for convenient feeding and discharging.
6. The leveling roller is made of bearing steel that has undergone high-frequency quenching at HR60 ℃, plated with hard chromium, and then ground. It has high hardness, good wear resistance, and long service life.
7. Variable frequency speed control ensures that the material is not easily shaken or deformed during operation, meeting the requirements of high-precision leveling.
8. Materials with a width of over 300mm are equipped with leveling auxiliary wheels (reinforcement devices) to ensure that they will not bend or deform during the production process, thereby improving the flatness quality of the product.
