1 Overview
The Power SYS 3.0 intelligent power quality monitoring system is a specialized, highly automated, easy-to-use, high-performance, and highly reliable power management system developed according to user requirements and following the standard specifications of the distribution system. It is suitable for high and low voltage distribution systems. Through telemetry and remote control, it can reasonably allocate loads, achieve optimized operation, effectively save energy, and have records of peak and off peak electricity consumption, providing necessary conditions for energy management. At the same time, electricity is measured separately according to the electricity consumption of lighting sockets, power, air conditioning, and special electricity, providing a basis for energy conservation audits of enterprises and institutions.

With the rapid development of the economy, energy scarcity and environmental degradation have received close global attention. In order to respond to the national call and take the path of sustainable development, energy conservation and consumption reduction are the primary tasks. 2 System Structure

The Power SYS 3.0 energy management system can measure the energy consumption of low-voltage equipment separately. Its software runs on the Windows operating system, including Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP and other Windows series operating systems. In addition to good compatibility with the company's independently developed instruments, the system also supports hundreds of various hardware devices, including popular boards, comprehensive protection, instruments, PLCs, etc. Support various commonly used power communication protocols, such as CDT protocol issued by the Ministry, POLLING, 1801, 101, DNP and other power protocols.

According to the relevant requirements of the country for electricity measurement, this system measures the electricity consumption by item, including:

(1) Electricity consumption for lighting sockets: used for indoor equipment such as lighting and sockets in the main functional areas of buildings. Mainly including lighting and socket electricity, corridor and emergency lighting electricity, and outdoor landscape lighting electricity.

(2) Air conditioning electricity: mainly includes electricity for cold and hot stations and electricity for air conditioning terminals.

(3) Power consumption: mainly includes electricity for elevators, water pumps, and ventilation fans.

(4) Special electricity usage: mainly includes information centers, laundry rooms, kitchens, restaurants, swimming pools, gyms, or other special electricity usage.

3 Function Introduction

Password login to the backend to ensure secure settings; High authority for low authority management, hierarchical operation, and password modification function for each authority.

Communication management settings

Each serial port can be configured independently, making it easy to operate; Selection of communication protocols for different devices; Communication baud rate can be independently selected; The system automatically performs unified remote control configuration for all devices connected to a certain port of the front-end processor based on the selection result.

Network function

Dual machine hot backup function, supporting redundancy of dual machines, dual networks, dual devices, etc., and adopting the form of hot backup to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system, with simple and convenient configuration. Any machine on the network can be designated as an I/O server (i.e. front-end processor), and other machines on the network can easily retrieve data from that machine.

The system is equipped with multiple authorization passwords, making the entire system operation and control convenient and reliable.

Support various databases such as ORACAL, SYBASE, SQLSERVER, ACCESS, etc. through the ODBC interface.

The WEB publishing function allows all created images to be published online in HTML format, and remote calculations can be performed by logging in to the WEB server through the Internet using the IE browser to browse real-time system data.

The processing of fault recording can record fault recording data and display waveforms in curve form for analysis.

Accident recollection, which can list the displacement sequence of each switch and the relevant remote measurement data values in the form of a table when the accident occurred.

4 Software interface

4.1 Data Collection

It can collect and process various commonly used remote measurements, remote signals, pulse quantities, etc. in the power system. For example: remote measurement: voltage, current, active power, reactive power, etc; Remote signal quantity: switch status, knife switch position, protection action signal, accident trip total signal, warning signal, etc; Pulse quantity: electrical measurement, frequency, time, equipment parameters, protection settings, etc; Non electricity: temperature, pressure, humidity, fire alarm, anti-theft alarm, etc.

4.2 Alarm Handling

Event alarm: including switch quantity alarm and analog quantity over limit alarm. When an alarm is generated, an alarm window can be automatically pushed out, displaying the alarm information in a list. In the alarm window, browsing, filtering, confirmation and other operations can be completed; When an alarm is generated, it can simultaneously sound, light, voice and other alarms; Can print alarm records.

4.3 Trend Curve Display

It can achieve real-time and historical trend curve display of electrical parameters such as voltage, current, and power, and query the changes in electrical parameters at a certain moment.

4.4 Main interface display

It can be visually represented using a graphical interface based on the installation and layout of the equipment on site, as shown in the distribution diagram of the low-voltage system.

Can query and print reports, including parameters such as three-phase current, three-phase voltage, power factor, etc
