The dual rotor powder selection machine is a new type of powder selection equipment independently developed by our company. The powder selection efficiency of this equipment can reach 85% -90% or more, and the fineness adjustment is convenient and flexible, with stable and reliable performance.
Adopting pre grading technology
Under the action of the rotor, the material achieves pre classification, allowing some coarse particles to be separated first, thereby reducing the amount of coarse powder in the classification zone, lowering the dust concentration of the circulating gas, increasing the dust carrying capacity per unit air volume, and increasing the unit area output of the equipment.
Higher classification accuracy
The powder selection machine increases the particle classification accuracy by increasing the circulating air volume and grading interface, effectively controlling particles above 30 microns (especially 60 microns), thus adapting to the requirements of the new standard for cement particle matching.
Adopting countercurrent dispersion technology
The material is fed into the feeding tray through a feeding funnel and blown out at a 25 ° angle downwards through a jet nozzle. This forms a fixed reverse motion with the uniform upward circulating air, producing a reverse flow effect. The coarse and fine particles have different motion trajectories under the action of the airflow due to their different masses, effectively classifying and preventing qualified finished particles from being brought back into the mill by coarse particles, resulting in over grinding phenomenon.
Extend the grading time
The height of the powder selection chamber of the powder selection machine has been increased by 180 millimeters, which not only increases the contact time between the airflow and the material, but also increases the aspect ratio of the cyclone tube, thereby enhancing the collection capacity of the powder selection machine for fine powders below 10 microns.
The grinding material is fed into the upper feeding port of the powder selection machine and falls into the feeding tray integrated with the rotor. When the rotor rotates with the main shaft, the material on the feeding tray is thrown out radially under the action of centrifugal force and dispersed in the powder selection chamber, where it meets the rotating upward airflow. In the powder selection chamber, the airflow near the surface of the grading ring and the material dispersed in the airflow are driven by the grading ring to rotate at high speed together with the grading ring, causing the material in the airflow to receive strong centrifugal force. The magnitude of this force can be adjusted by changing the speed of the main shaft. When the speed increases, the force also increases. At this time, keeping the processing air volume fixed, the cutting particle size will decrease and the product will become finer. If the speed decreases, the product becomes thicker, and the fineness of the product can be flexibly adjusted according to specific process requirements during the operation of the high-precision rotary powder selector.
