The high-efficiency fully automatic powder forming hydraulic press and mold frame adopt advanced integrated control and driving technology of machine, electricity, liquid, gas, and instrument, and are specialized models developed for powder metallurgy, ceramics, hard alloys, magnetic materials, electrical contacts, and adjacent industries. The compression molding technology and control technology are at the international advanced level.
The main body of the powder hydraulic press has a four column structure and a frame structure to choose from, equipped with dedicated powder transfer and hydraulic proportional floating forming technology, which effectively controls the forming density of the product. The mechanical stopper positioning and stepless adjustment mechanism at the three positions of loading, forming, and demolding ensure the stable and adjustable geometric dimensions of the product. The powder transfer position of step products is infinitely adjustable, and the product density is uniform. Equipped with demolding overpressure protection and micro return function, the upper pressure head demolding protection device with adjustable force and stroke ensures the product's qualification rate and avoids mold damage. Advanced and unique electrical control technology can flexibly set the action program of each product step driving component on the touch screen according to the product forming requirements, without changing the internal program, which meets the pressing and forming requirements of the powder metallurgy industry for complex product shapes and multiple varieties of step parts, and has strong universality.
The serialized, standardized, and domestically exclusive manufacturing of pull-out molding molds with powder transfer devices makes mold design and installation more convenient. Each layer of the template on the powder hydraulic press mold frame can be driven and controlled separately, with a positioning accuracy of ≤± 0.01mm. The floating templates on each layer have strong load-bearing capacity, easy pressing and forming, good universality of the mold frame, and strong functionality.
