1. Working principle

Its working principle is as follows: After being powered on, the axial flow blower blows air into the heater, allowing the air to pass evenly through the spiral tube formed by the electric heating wire. The electric heating wire heats the cold air passing through (the temperature range of the small hot air blower is: normal temperature -250 ° C, if the temperature is higher, please specify when ordering). The K-type thermocouple at the air outlet constantly feeds back the air temperature to the temperature control instrument (the thermocouple detects the temperature reading as the set value used for actual control temperature). The instrument monitors the actual operating temperature based on the set temperature and transmits relevant information back to the solid-state relay to control whether the heater is working. At the same time, the axial flow blower can use a pressure regulator to adjust the air volume of the blown air, thereby achieving the regulation of working temperature and air volume.
