4、 Instrument usage and operation
(1) Use of instruments
Determine the required objective lens and eyepiece for selecting the total magnification, place them in the eyepiece tube of the microscope system, turn on the magnetic seat switch behind the host base to stabilize the instrument on the working or flat surface, turn on the power knob, and when the indicator light is on, the circuit is turned on. The knob can also be used to adjust the brightness and darkness of lighting. Rotate the precision handwheel for focusing, observe the inspected area through the eyepiece, and adjust the image within the field of view using the fine adjustment handwheel. The locking nut of the semi transparent reflector base is used to lock the lighting base.
(2) Electrical operation
The power supply of this instrument is direct current3.6VLighting is used, and the lamp is selectedLEDIts characteristics are low power consumption, high brightness, long lifespan, lightweight structure, safe and convenient use. Charging the charger once is sufficient for operation5Normal working days for use. The charger has an indicator light that lights up when charging. The red light indicates that it is in charging state, and when it changes to the green light, it indicates that the battery is sufficient. The charging time is about2-3After charging for about an hour (i.e. the green light is on), the charger power should be turned off, indicating that charging should generally not exceed8An hour.
Charger devices are generally not prone to malfunctions, and electrical appliances are safe and reliable. If the electrical indicator light does not light up and still does not light up after charging, it indicates a problem. Please unscrew the screw and send the appliance back to our company for repair and replacement (within the warranty period).
5、 Maintenance and upkeep of instruments
1Wipe the lens to remove alcohol/Mix liquid xylene lens paper or defatted cotton.
- Wipe the painted surface and use gauze to remove dust. If there are oil stains and dirt, use gauze dipped in a little gasoline to remove them. Do not use organic solvents (such as alcohol and other diluents) to wipe the painted surface and plastic parts.
- Microscope is a precision optical instrument, and its components should not be disassembled casually to avoid damaging its operational function and accuracy. If there is a malfunction, it should be sent to a professional maintenance department or our factory for repair.When the instrument is not in use, cover it with an organic glass or polyethylene cover and store it in a dry place.

5.Check if the push rod of the three eyes has been pushed to the positioning point; Push it to the positioning point.

7.Check if the polarizer has been pushed low; Remove when not using polarization inspection or push to low when using polarization.
When in focus, the image of the object is clear.
Check whether the surface of the eyepiece or objective lens is dirty; Use lens paper dipped in xylene or degreased cotton dipped in alcohol or a mixture to wipe the lens. If dirt cannot be eliminated inside the lens, please send it back to our factory for repair or replacement of the lens.
