BPH-80PMCInverted polarization modulation phase contrast microscope is a multifunctional phase contrast microscope that is compatible with our company's newly developed polarization modulation phase contrast observation system. It is suitable for high-resolution microscopic observation of phase objects, birefringent objects, stained samples, columnar objects, and objects with surface and subsurface features. It can dynamically observe and analyze cell tissues, transparent liquid tissues, and cultured tissues in culture dishes. Mainly used in research institutes, higher education institutions, medical and health care, inspection and quarantine, agriculture, animal husbandry, dairy industry and other departments.
Performance characteristics:
Modulation phase contrast observationIt is achieved by converting the phase gradient of light into changes in light intensity, which can form a high contrast, high-resolution image of phase objects that are usually invisible. The imaging is displayed in a three-dimensional state and is mainly used for high-resolution microscopic observation of phase objects, birefringent objects, stained samples, columnar objects, and objects with surface and subsurface features. This instrument is matched with a rotary modulation phase contrast condenser or a pull plate modulation phase contrast condenser, and is compatible with a newly developed modulation phase contrast objective lens(10X,20X,40X)When used in conjunction, it can present a clear, bright, and three-dimensional field of view effect whether observed at high or low magnification.
