1、 Plug in high-temperature circulating fan - Overview
The GW series plug-in high-temperature circulating fan is standardized based on the improved structure of similar international high-temperature fans.
This fan is used for gas transportation or suction in high-temperature environments such as hot air circulation, drying equipment, and hot air stoves. When the gas temperature is between 100 ℃ and 280 ℃, the fan bearing seat does not have water or air cooling devices, and can operate continuously with full pressure efficiency reaching the standard efficiency value of the fan.
The GW type plug-in high-temperature circulating fan, due to the lack of a water cooling device in the bearing seat, can save a large amount of industrial water, and has the advantages of compact structure, easy installation, commissioning, maintenance, and long service life. It is currently the most ideal new generation product among high-temperature fans in China. It has been recommended for use in projects by units such as the Shanghai Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Design and Research, and has achieved good results in use.
The GW series wind turbines are divided into four types: ordinary high temperature and explosion-proof high temperature, plug-in ordinary high temperature and explosion-proof high temperature. The ordinary type is assembled as a whole and equipped with a transmission protective cover. It has a single suction intake and comes in 10 specifications: NO: 3.6 #, 4 #, 4.5 #, 5 #, 6 #, 7 #, 8 #, 9.5 #, 10 #, and 12 #. The fan can be made into two types: left rotation and right rotation. The air outlet position of the fan is represented by the air outlet angle of the casing, which can be made into five angles: 0 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 270 °. Other angles can also be made according to user requirements. Steel shock absorbers and mufflers can be provided, but they need to be separately specified when ordering.
If the intake conditions are equivalent and the performance is suitable, it can be selected, but the maximum temperature should not exceed 280 ℃. If the user requires a gas temperature greater than 280 ℃ during selection, special orders should be requested.
This fan consists of a casing, impeller, fan collector, high-temperature transmission part, and overall frame. The impeller is strictly calibrated through static balance and two dynamic balances to ensure the balance of the fan operation.
The main shaft in the transmission department is made of high-quality steel that has been quenched and tempered, and is equipped with domestically produced high-quality bearings. The plug-in fan is equipped with imported bearings and lubricated with bearing grease.
